The Little Daisy Wedding Venue Guide: A Vintage Wedding Venue in Jerome, Arizona

This venue is weird in a unique, creative, best possible kind of way! It isn’t trying to look like every other Arizona venue, and that’s exactly why I love it. The Little Daisy wedding venue tells you exactly who it’s for the moment you walk in. I love a venue with that kind of clarity! You’ll either feel completely at home here, or you’ll know right away if it isn’t your style. There’s something really refreshing about a venue that doesn’t try to be everything for everyone.

Set into the hillside of one of the most unique Arizona cities, The Little Daisy wedding venue in Jerome is full of history and wildly different from any other venue you’ve seen. It’s for couples who want their wedding to stretch over a weekend, and who want their personalities to shine instead of hiding behind tradition. It’s for couples who want their guests to walk in and immediately say “wait, this place is so sick.”

But my favorite couples to recommend this venue to are the ones who tell me they want their venue to feel like them. Between the mountain views, layered architecture, cozy lodging options, and weird (but in the best way) details, it’s an easy yes for its meant-to-be couples.

Who is The Little Daisy Wedding Venue a Good Fit For?

Your story is one-of-a-kind, and you want your wedding venue to reflect that. If you’ve spent months touring ballrooms and traditional venues, The Little Daisy is going to feel like a complete plot twist. It’s the perfect fit if you want your wedding to feel personal, memorable, unexpected, and full of character. It’s for the couple who cares less about doing things the normal way and more about creating a weekend their people will talk about for years.

You’re the type who notices small details others might miss, like the worn wood on a staircase railing or the way afternoon light moves across a room (wait, is that just me?) You’d rather spend your reception laughing over a game of pool than sitting through a timeline of formalities. You care about your guests being present with you, not just showing up.

If this sounds like you and you’ve caught yourself daydreaming about a relaxed and unique wedding that unfolds over an entire weekend, with quiet mornings and long nights that blend together just right, this venue was built with you in mind.

What Your Wedding Could Feel Like at The Little Daisy Wedding Venue

Forget everything you’ve ever thought about a wedding venue. The Little Daisy is unlike anything else, and that’s what makes it so fun. This is not a venue where every part of the day blends together. Every space has its own vibe and personality, which means your wedding can move from a cozy and relaxed morning to a playful and electric dance party in the evening. Nothing ever feels repetitive, and that’s such a vibe.

Here’s what a day at The Little Daisy could look like, start to finish:

Morning

Your morning starts slowly, the way it should. Instead of setting 5 alarms and hopping into a car first thing, you wake up already at the venue, your getting-ready-space just a couple doors down in the Douglas Suite. There’s no scrambling, coordinating transportation, or crowded hotel rooms with elbows bumping into strangers. Just your closest people, your favorite coffee order, a playlist you’ve been curating for months with all of your middle school bangers, and enough time to enjoy getting ready with your best friends.

When it’s time for your first look, we head somewhere private, like the second-level verandas or the rooftop terrace, where the morning light shines off the mountains, and the rest of the property is still and quiet. Your first moments together belong only to the two of you, and you can bask in the feeling as long as you want. Just the two of you, incredible views, and an “oh my gosh, our day is actually here!”

Family portraits happen before the ceremony, while everyone is still full of energy and freshly dressed. This means that once the day gets moving, your parents and friends get to settle in and enjoy the celebration instead of getting pulled away for photos later.

Afternoon

Your ceremony takes place on the rooftop lawn, with mountain views stretching in the background. It feels expansive while staying small and intimate, which is one of my favorite things about The Little Daisy wedding venue. Your guests are close enough to feel fully present and immersed, but the view gives the moment a bigger, cinematic feeling that will have you feeling like the main character. As it should!

From there, the day shifts seamlessly into cocktail hour on the rooftop terrace and patio, where your guests can look out over the city while they grab a drink and catch up with people they haven’t seen all year.

While they are happily distracted, you and I can wander the property, hitting some of my favorite corners for portraits. The best part is that we do not have to leave the venue to create variety. We can move from mountain views to old stone textures, then into indoor spaces that feel completely different from everything we just photographed. Do not worry, we will get into those corners later because I have thoughts!

Evening

By evening, your intimate sit-down dinner is set against the exterior of The Little Daisy, framed by arched windows, aged stone, romantic corridors, and a grounded atmosphere that only time can provide. Everyone is seated closely together, the energy settles, someone makes a speech that absolutely wrecks everyone (yes, including myself), and the whole venue starts to glow as the sun drops behind Jerome— my favorite part of the day!

After dinner, we sneak away for flash photos in some of the darker, moodier corners of the venue. The bar, pool table, interior hallways, and tucked-away rooms all have so much personality once the light gets low. This is where your gallery starts to feel more playful and cinematic. We’ll get a little motion blur, some bright flash, a little “wait, don’t move!” energy. CUTE.

Then the night can move into dancing on the lawn, with the mountains fading into the dark and the stars showing off above you. Since your closest people are staying right there on the property, the night doesn’t end with everyone rushing to cars or waiting for their Ubers. It winds down slowly, with one more drink, one more song, and deep, lingering conversations.

A Wedding Weekend at The Little Daisy in Jerome, Arizona

A wedding day is one thing, but a wedding weekend is another animal. Coordinating transportation, lodging, meals, and activities can sound so overwhelming that you start questioning everything and briefly consider eloping in your living room instead. Not at The Little Daisy. This venue was built for a full weekend experience. With onsite accommodations that sleep up to 33 guests, your closest people do not have to drive in for one afternoon, hug you in a blur, and leave before the night even feels finished.

A typical weekend at The Little Daisy could start on Thursday evening, when you and your guests check in and settle into the property. You can unpack, open a bottle of wine, explore the grounds, and maybe start a fire on the rooftop while everyone slowly arrives.

Friday afternoon can be reserved for wandering through Jerome, grabbing lunch in town, visiting shops, or making the most of the views before wedding mode fully takes over. By evening, you could host a rehearsal dinner on the grounds or keep things casual with dinner somewhere in town.

Saturday is your wedding day, with everyone already on the property. Your morning can start slowly, your guests can gather without rushing, and everything you need is right there for you.

Then Sunday morning slows everything back down with a lazy afternoon checkout instead of an early flight. Wake up, drink coffee with your people, laugh about embarrassing moments on the dance floor, and spend one last quiet morning in Jerome before everyone heads home, full, happy, and thinking about what a great weekend was had!

What to Do in Jerome, Arizona, on Your Wedding Weekend

Jerome is one of the most unique small cities in Arizona, and I love sharing my recommendations! The city is built into the side of a mountain with a deep history as an old copper mining town that still shows up in nearly every space downtown. It’s the kind of place your guests will want an extra day to explore, so here are my top ways to fill that time.

Take a Ghost Tour: Jerome has a reputation as one of the most haunted towns in America, and a ghost tour is a fun way for your guests to lean into that vibe after dark. It’s a great group activity for a Friday night if you want something different from a typical rehearsal dinner. Sounds like my ideal Friday night, I expect an invite!

Grab a Bite to Eat: Jerome may be small, but there are plenty of 10/10 spots to eat. Some of my favorites include Bobby D’s BBQ and The Haunted Hamburger for something casual, or The Clinkscale and The Asylum Restaurant for a more elevated vibe.

Drink Great Wine: The Verde Valley has become one of Arizona’s up-and-coming wine regions, and Jerome has several tasting rooms like the Caduceus Cellars. It’s an easy way for your guests to spend a free afternoon if they want to get off the property.

Visit Sedona: Jerome is only 45 minutes from downtown Sedona, making it an easy day trip for guests who want to see the iconic red rocks, especially if they’re in from out of town. It’s also a really great option for Sunday if anyone wants to stretch their trip a little longer before heading home.

Can’t Miss Corners of The Little Daisy Wedding Venue

My absolute favorite thing about The Little Daisy is the variety. Some venues give you one pretty backdrop, and I have to roll around on the ground just to get a new angle (which I 100% have done before, and will do for you <3). But The Little Daisy is the opposite. Every floor, hallway, room, doorway, window, and outdoor space has its own personality, which means your photos can feel wildly different without stepping a foot outside the property.

One minute, we can be taking romantic portraits against the aged stone exterior, and the next, we can be in a moody, interior corner that feels like it was made for flash photography. As a photographer, this kind of venue makes my mouth water, and I’m not being dramatic!

Here are some of my all-time favorite spots we will be sure to hit on your wedding day:

What is The Best Time of Year to Book The Little Daisy Wedding Venue?

Spring and fall are the busiest seasons at The Little Daisy, and that’s not surprising at all. If you’re picturing a rooftop ceremony with a light breeze and comfortable temperatures morning to evening, book your spring or fall date ASAP because everyone is thinking the same thing!

A summer wedding here is still possible, thanks to Jerome’s higher elevation and the shade throughout the property, but it’s still summer, and it’s still Arizona. If you or your guests have heat sensitivities, or you’d just rather not sweat through your ceremony, a different season will serve you better.

Winter brings its own kind of magic with a quieter town and a cozier vibe that some couples specifically seek out. Keep in mind that it gets pretty chilly at night, but you could totally play into that with a fire on the rooftop patio and warm blankets to pass around.

Frequently Asked Questions About The Little Daisy Wedding Venue

What are the available packages at The Little Daisy wedding venue?

The Little Daisy wedding venue offers different package options for traditionally sized weddings, micro weddings, elopements, and full estate stays. Since this venue is more of a private estate than a traditional banquet hall, the packages are more custom and depend on your date, guest count, lodging needs, and personal vision for the weekend. This is a great fit for couples who want something more one-of-a-kind instead of a standard venue package. For the most accurate package details, inquire with The Little Daisy directly.

How do I book an event at The Little Daisy wedding venue?

To book your wedding at The Little Daisy, you’ll want to start by submitting an inquiry through their website or scheduling a call with their team. From there, they can confirm availability, walk you through package options, and help you figure out what makes the most sense for your wedding weekend. I would recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially if you have your heart set on a popular season like spring or fall, or a weekend date. Their calendar is available up to two years in advance.

What’s the average cost to rent The Little Daisy wedding venue?

They don’t list standard pricing online, so the best way to get accurate rental information is to call the venue or submit an inquiry through their website. Pricing will vary depending on your date, guest count, lodging, event setup, and which amenities you want included. Since The Little Daisy is more of a full-estate wedding weekend experience than a traditional single-day venue rental, it is important to ask what is included in the rental fee!

Does The Little Daisy wedding venue provide event planning services?

The Little Daisy does not offer full-service planning through the venue, but they have a preferred partnership with Cloth & Flame for planning and design. I highly recommend working with preferred vendors because they already know the venue and have worked the space hundreds of times.

Can I tour The Little Daisy wedding venue before booking?

Yes! Tours are by appointment only, and I absolutely recommend seeing the property in person if you can. This is the kind of venue that makes more sense once you walk through it. Pictures can show the architecture, views, and rooms, but touring helps you understand the vibes and how your wedding day could flow and feel. You can also take a 3D tour here!

What is the guest capacity of the Little Daisy wedding venue?

The Little Daisy can host weddings up to 160 guests, with overnight accommodations for 33 guests. The venue has multiple indoor and outdoor spaces that can be used differently depending on your guest count.

Does The Little Daisy wedding venue have on-site accommodations?

Yes, which is why it works so well for wedding weekends. The estate can sleep up to 33 guests across 3 private homes. The Little Daisy, which is the main mansion, sleeps 19 guests and gives the classic historic-estate experience. The Geologist’s House sleeps 8 and works really well for additional family or a small wedding party. Villa Contenta sleeps 6 and could be perfect for just you and your future spouse! Having everyone stay close makes the weekend feel more connected and relaxed.

Client Love

“Kelsey blew me away from her posing, hyping me up, to the lighting, to her ideas, and composure of each shot. I never thought I’d be the bride to have photos like this, and I am now so incredibly grateful that I have such editorial, high-end, creative shots of such an amazing day where my husband and I still feel like each other in every photo — and actually felt comfortable in front of the camera because of her. I cannot recommend her enough.”
